Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Sihman Inc., a United States company, and they govern your use of www.sihman.com. Our socks are knitted in Istanbul by our sister company Elteksan LLC, which is a separate legal entity with its own address and its own contact details. These terms are Sihman Inc.'s alone.

If you use this website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you are telling us that you are entitled to accept these terms for that company.

This is a manufacturer's catalog and reference site. It is here to be read by people who are deciding whether to have socks made, so the permitted use is deliberately generous.
You may
- Read, browse and search this site.
- Download or print pages so your own team can evaluate Sihman as a supplier.
- Quote short extracts elsewhere, as long as you say they came from Sihman and link back to the page.
- Send us a brief, a specification or artwork through the contact and sample forms.
You may not
- Copy or republish this site, in whole or in substantial part, as your own material.
- Scrape, harvest or bulk-download the site, or run automated collection against it beyond ordinary search-engine crawling.
- Use our name, our logo or our photography to suggest that we endorse you, supply you, or are connected to you when we are not.
- Present our factory photography or product photography as your own production.

Who owns what is on this site
The text, photography, design, page structure and code of this site belong to Sihman Inc. or to the people who licensed them to us. The name Sihman and our logo are ours. Reading the site does not transfer any of that to you, and nothing here grants you a license to use our name or our marks in your own materials.
Any other company name or mark that appears on this site belongs to its owner and is used only to refer to that company.
What you send us, and what a quote is
Your artwork and your specification stay yours. Sending them to us gives us permission to use them for one purpose only: working out whether we can make what you want, quoting it, and, if you order, producing it. We do not acquire ownership of your designs by being sent them.
Send us only material you are entitled to send. If you send us artwork you do not have the rights to, that is a problem you have created, not one we can solve for you.
Nothing published on this site is a binding offer to sell. Prices, minimums, lead times and specifications on these pages are indicative and can change. A commitment from us exists only in the quotation or proforma invoice we issue for your specific order, and that document governs the order. Our published minimum order is 2,000 pairs per design, color, and size.

Our QuickBooks Online integration
The integration is internal and first party. It connects only to Sihman Inc.'s own QuickBooks Online company file, and no rights in it are granted to anybody else.
Sihman Inc. has built a small tool that talks to Intuit's QuickBooks Online through their API so that our estimates, invoices and received payments are recorded once and stay consistent. It is not a product. It is not distributed, licensed, resold or made available to anyone outside Sihman Inc. There is no sign up, there are no user accounts, and no external party connects their own QuickBooks company to it.
This section is the end-user license position for that software. Because there are no external users, there is nothing to license to you, and this document grants you no right to access, use, copy or modify it.

- None. No license, access, account or right of use is granted to any third party.
- External users
- There are none. There is no sign up and no way for an outside party to connect.

The only scope the integration requests from Intuit is
com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting. Data it reads from or writes to QuickBooks is
not sold, is not shared with third parties for their own purposes, and is not used for
advertising or profiling. What it touches, and how the credentials are protected, is set out
in our privacy policy.
Your own use of QuickBooks, if you use it, is between you and Intuit under their terms. Nothing here changes that.
What we do not promise
We keep this site accurate and we correct what we find to be wrong, but we provide it as it is. We do not warrant that every page is complete, current or error free, that the site will be available without interruption, or that it is fit for a particular purpose of yours. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude the warranties that would otherwise be implied.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Sihman Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost profit or lost business. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability arising from an actual order between us is governed by the quotation or proforma invoice for that order, not by this page.
Links to other sites
Some pages link elsewhere, including to our own retail store. Sites we do not run are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content or their practices.
Governing law, changes and contact
Governing law
Sihman Inc. is registered in Addison, Texas, in the United States. These terms do not name a governing law or an exclusive forum for disputes, and nothing on this page waives any right or defense either of us would otherwise have. Where a signed contract, quotation or order confirmation between us names a governing law, that document governs the dealings it covers.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the last-updated date shown at the top of the page, and the version published here is the one that applies to your use of the site from that date.
If part of this does not hold
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce something straight away, that is not a waiver of it.
